Progression Mismatch and Persistent Backpack Item Loss

Hi, I have two issues I wanted to check on with my account. First, my Brits website profile shows my EU progression as Level 88, Prestige 7, but in-game on the same EU server my Worlds 2.0 skill menu shows Level 54, Prestige 0. I only play EU, so this is not a region difference. When Worlds 2.0 launched, all of the prestige perks I had earned in 1.0 carried over, even though the new 2.0 progression system shows me at Prestige 0. I wanted to confirm whether the website is intentionally showing my old 1.0 Level 88 / Prestige 7 progression, or whether my website and current 2.0 progression are not syncing correctly. Second, I have had an issue traveling to the Mining World where my persistent backpack loses 6 slots, and anything stored in those bottom 6 slots disappears. I believe this happened twice. Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact dates/times or exactly what items were lost. If there are logs available showing backpack contents before and after Mining World transfers, would someone be able to check? I am mainly concerned about whether the old Prestige 7 record, current Prestige 0 record, or VIP permissions are affecting my backpack size or other account limits. I would also like to know whether the items that disappeared can be identified or restored.
